Directions: Please park at the rear of our large spacious parking lot. Come in one of the Rear Entrance Doors. The door on the left has a stairway and the door on the right has an elevator. Our office is on the second floor, ONE Wellness Center. Masks are now optional.

Cancellation Policy: While we understand that emergencies or sudden illness can't be avoided, please keep in mind that a missed appointment means a loss for someone who may need that appointment as well as significant time loss for the therapist. A minimum of 24-hour notice is necessary for appointment cancellation. Less than 24 hour cancellation will require full payment for the missed session.
